This happens like a million times everyday. A guest swipes their card, and it asks ‘do you want it all on the card?’ meaning would you like to pay for everything with the card. They either press no, or ask me “Do I want all of what on the card?”

EVERY. FUCKING. TIME. I laugh it off with the guest “oh it happens to a lot of people” but I am face palming on the inside. I have to now walk grown ass adults through a simple transaction. “enter your pin” (because after swiping the card their attention tends to wander) “do you want cash back?” “now confirm the charge”
